1) Ramsey Lewis's piano song "The _ _ Crowd".

2) Another name for "moola" or Homer Simpson's exclamation.

3) Females of the late 60s had to worry about how high the skirts were above their _ _ _ _ _.
4) The first half of the first name of the older Gabor sister with more husbands (one at a time presumably) than you could shake a stick at.
