I don't really have anything to put here yet, however I would like to hear of any good salt-free recipes.  I am going to try a salt-free salsa recipe later today so I'll report on that if it is any good.

I made this simple salsa recipe this morning and it tastes pretty good.  I used an heirloom tomato, "Cherokee purple".  I think that variety is one of the best tasting tomatoes that I have grown.

1-2 tomatoes
1 small onion
Handful of fresh cilantro
1 clove garlic or garlic powder
2 Tablespoons lime juice
¼ tsp chili pepper or some of canned jalapeños from above.

Pulse everything in a food processor for 30 seconds. Enjoy. (You can do this by chopping with a knife as well.

This isn't a recipe, however I found these corn chips at the local County Market that barely have any salt and which are excellent in flavor. Here is a link and what the bag looks like.
