I bought a bird feeder to attract birds to our garden.  It worked, but the excess seed falls in the mulch and I have lots of little green things sprouting from the fallen seed.  My hubby says it's probably milo or something.  I'm already tired of pulling all the little sprouts out, but don't know how to solve the problem.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
